As a teacher of over 20 years, I found this chapter a little frustrating. I make very simple lesson plans, but value them in helping me keep track of what to do, timing and to keep track of sequence. While I valued the Phase column on the sample lesson plan, I found it a little challenging to refer to quickly during a lesson. Additionally, I found the example for teaching Might and May confusing. I need to look at different English Language curriculums to understand more of the strategies available.
