This unit was helpful in delineating how to break up or group vocabulary in oder to create a contextually relevant lesson. I do usually use a theme like "To invite" or "To apologise" as a route to learning new vocabulary and its appropriate usage and this unit confirmed a lot of my own practice. I also use worksheets on these themes so my students can use the new vocabulary in context which they find very helpful.
