Reading and Listening are receptive skills that are not mostly covered in the classes. Most of the time the teachers want the students to speak without giving them information at first. They only give some topics and want the students to talk about them without teaching new vocabularies or difficult structures. Speaking is the only skill that is more focused on at the institutes.
