This unit so far has been the easiest one to absorb for me personally since I already tried to learn more about managing the class, and methods of being more efficient and productive. This material reinforced my previous knowledge and also cleared out some things for me, and I'm glad it points out how important it is to adopt this whole attitude when being around the student, not just while teaching. I believe the teacher is are a role model for his/her students in every stage of their education life and it's important to know which role to take on and when.
