This module was an informative review of various problems that instructors may run into while teaching classes or individuals. The chapter contained suggestions on how to encourage students to speak in English exclusively rather than in their native language, how to overcome difficulties with listening tests, and ways in which to keep reluctant students motivated. Additionally, this unit explored the importance of establishing rapport with students, and emphasized methods of how to make your overall class tempo flow at a comfortable pace for all, like utilizing warm-up exercises and pairing more experienced students with less experienced ones.
