it is very interesting and very useful to see both videos to be able to compare two very different examples of lessons. To me, personally and out of my own experience as a student and also as an amateur teacher I find attitude to be a very important factor for learning and teaching. the second video proves how the attitude of the teacher plays a paramount role in student involvement and confidence. also found very interesting to see an actual ESA Lesson in video and how each phase works.
