This unit on managing classes was right up my alley. Since I have taught for several years and have already completed my TESOL 120 hour cert in 2009 this if formation was like second nature to me. Each point hit home, for example, the TTT and STT. I've found that students interaction is a great method of teaching as long as there are some corrections given. The point of this chapter really shows teachers how to put their egos aside while instructing which is a hard thing to do.
