After this unit I have a greater understanding of the different roles I'll occupy in the course of my teaching. Having the awareness to know when to switch between those roles will be crucial to the success of my learners. I'll be able to gauge the learning levels of my students and accommodate my lesson according to the general level of the class. It's important to keep progressing through the material at a good pace without leaving anyone behind or having learners be bored.
