The unit covers common problem situations in the classroom and gives suggestions for managing this. We also learn why these problems might be occurring. Some of the content revisits that of previous units and some , as in other units, is common sense I feel. There are good tips on how to encourage and support reluctant/shy pupils. I have learnt over the course the areas in which I am weak and need to work on more.
