Classroom management itself is a skill set. There is no hard and fast rules, and depends on the class. Classroom management not only covers the teachers' behavior in class, but also on classroom layout and students' interactions with one another. Getting the students to be engaged is also another factor of classroom management that need to be considered. I am presented with different ways to reduce my back to class. Lastly, establishing rapport and discipline is important in ensuring a consistent learning environment. I think it will be good if i lay some ground rules in the first lesson on behavior in class and disciplinary actions that will be taken for tardy and missing homework.
