In the classroom, application of the ESA structure is necessary and can not be avoided. whether i decide to use the boomerang, straight arrow or patchwork method, my aim should be to make sure the students are engaged and positively participate without being intimidated to do so and to learn the language function and how to properly apply their grammatical skills. I should keep reminding myself that the lesson should be student oriented without being passive in the classroom atmosphere.
