Having never really thought about the seating arrangement thoroughly, this has been a real eye opener. I have learnt that it is important for me to be able to keep a large visual field and keep eye contact appropriately in the class setting for high proficiency and efficacy of my role as a teacher. Class discipline is dependent on what example I set and how I treat the learners. Therefore, exemplary behavior and consistency are key.
