I have learnt that both accuracy and fluency are important, but knowing when to focus on which one is also as important. I should incorporate accuracy in the study phase of the lesson, making sure that the aspect of accurate reproduction of language is the major objective while flow of communication in the activate phase of my lesson plan.
I should be able to know the reason a student is reluctant to speak and use the trust given to me by the student to encouraging him or her to speak and to interact with fellow classmates.
