This Unit helped me learn about teaching special groups, such as individuals, company classes, multilingual classes and children. The unit had brief introductions about the dynamics of each of these groups, it then went on to introduce problems these classes may have and how to deal with them as well as tips for teaching in specific settings.
The business section included a "Needs analysis" and detailed how a teacher without knowledge in the clients field would go about teaching business english to the class.
The children's section gave a lot of information on how to manage the class as children have short attention spans.
The individual one-on-one section will be useful for my current situation and highlighted information on how to plan the lesson and activities that can be used.
