Today’s lesson was a great chance to learn about the effective classroom management. The most impressive lesson that I would like to take away with me is that a teacher should focusing the response on the behavior rather than the student. I think this is very respectful way of treating students. When teacher focus on the behavior rather than the student himself, it builds respectful relationship between teacher and student, and implies that the student’s problematic behavior always can be improved.
