In this unit, I have been reminded of how complex the present tenses can be. What really stood out to me is time. Time is always very important with present tense (just like any tense). The relationship between the time that the actions take place and the time that they are being discussed is very important in using the correct tense. Is the action completed, or still happening? Maybe the action is not currently taking place, but it happens very often, so we should expect the action to take place again soon. All good things to remember and ask when trying to use the correct present tense!
