I now have the understanding of what it truly means to be aware of my voice, eye contact, and gestures while teaching to any group or individual students. It is now understood that there are advantages and disadvantages to grouping students, and how they are arranged in the classroom. There are issues to consider, that I did not consider before learning this unit. I also now understand how important it is to establish a good rapport with my students, and how to establish that with clear communication and awareness in my lesson plans.
