It's important to be organised when teaching, but even more important with foreign students. It's impossible to know everything about the English language, but understanding the topic at hand and having a lesson plan makes it easier. It's a good reference to base the teaching on. Choosing different topics and keeping it simple would be something I would definitely take from this topic. Also, it was great to have the template lesson plan in the topic - thank you.
