Unit 8 discusses the future tense system. Here I learned about seven types of tenses, their forms, usages and the mistakes people commonly make. I am still having trouble understanding the tenses on my own, but this unit does provide more details as well as more examples in order for me to understand future tenses, compared to the previous unit on tenses. My main struggles are the future continuous, perfect, and continuous perfect. While I understand the forms of each tense, it's the usages that still confuse me. What is helping me grasp a better understand, which will also help students is the teaching ideas provided in this unit. Such as arranging dates/diaries, role playing situations for the future continuous. Along with this unit, it was nice to see how the present simple and present continuous were re-introduced not only as a refresher to other units, but to help build it for other tenses.
