This unit tackles about the different methodology in teaching such as grammar-translation, audio-lingualism, PPP, task-based learning, communicative language teaching, community language learning, the silent way, suggestopaedia, the lexical approach, and ESA. These methods in teaching has its own pros and cons. Also, it helps teachers to be able to provide an effective language learning to students. I learn that teachers should use methods that are suitable to the level of their students and be creative in each lesson in order to arouse students interest. In correcting, teachers should know when to correct and how to correct and must not use a way that will embarrass the student.
