This is a very practical unit which I will find invaluable in teaching. It has some fantastic suggestions and ideas for teaching and keeping teaching lively.
I didn't find it very helpful reading all the other methods of teaching as I don't really want to spend time learning methods that we are not encouraged to use. I felt this was a little bit of a waste of time although its probably there to help us see how students might have been taught these ways in the past.
