This was definitely the most challenging unit thus far! I felt like most of the information was common knowledge (given that I have taken plenty of English courses), but it's easy to trip yourself up over elementary rules that you don't necessarily think about every day. I enjoyed the nice overview that allowed me to become more aware of the function of certain parts of language. I think this unit brought a lot of clarification on the subject matter of present tense and I thoroughly look forward to diving into the other tenses so I may improve the effectiveness of my teaching.
