This unit covered the proper ways to manage a classroom. I learned more about how a class should be organized (from how the seating arrangements should be made to how group/pair/individual work should be used), and discovered ways to establish rapport with the students. This unit taught me more on how much space to take in the classroom (stay standing, be seated, in the front or in the back of the classroom, etc.), how to use my voice and eye contact effectively, as well as how to keep discipline.
