I learned that teachers have many hats that they must use to help the ESL learners. There are many factors that affect students' motivation to learn ESL, such as age and English level. Throughout this chapter, I am amazed to learn so much about the different type of learners. It's so relatable to my current job as an assistant English teacher in Japan.
