This unit was helpful in teaching those who have no experience in teaching, "how to teach." I hope that once placed into a program, each TEFL or TOEFL graduate will receive training. English language teaching is a unique field but one that I think needs some experience. This lesson is very helpful with tips, suggestions and great examples of how each principle of teaching, discipline, and organization would work in real-life situations.
