This unit explained teaching vocabulary, grammar, and language functions. I learned that vocabulary is very important when teaching younger students and there are several factors to determine how difficult the vocabulary would be for the student to learn (i.e. similarity to other English words). I learned that when teaching grammar a boomerang or patchwork ESA structure is better for mid-level students.
