I learned Spanish at a young age. This unit made me feel nostalgic as I could reminisce about my early education as I went through the content. I also saw a lot of parallelism between the way my Russian class is formatted and the way the example lessons go in this unit. I feel confident that I am very familiar with most of the lesson styles because I have already experienced them as a student. I have been exposed to language learning both as a young kid and a young man. Therefore, teaching a new language will be something that I should do with confidence. This unit was very good because it exemplifies all of the details that one does not notice when you are being taught. Being able to use all of the guidelines in this lesson will ensure that my students learn the English language effectively.
