I think there is a lot of different grammar sections included in this unit, which makes it kind of difficult to find it cohesive. Overall, it did give a good, quick overview, but I think I need to study the grammar a lot more in order to effectively teach one day. Sometimes knowing which sentence is right is more like "knowing" it sounds right but not being able to explain the exact rule behind it.
