Although I am very familiar with school and language courses, this unit allowed me to learn the details that I was not aware a teacher must pay attention to. Managing a class has a lot of techniques that one must practice. Such techniques include eye contact, being respectful, punctuality, etc. In order to have a class that respects you and wants to learn, you must reciprocate equally. Above all, keep it simple stupid; like in rock and roll. Do not over complicate things and make sure that everyone is learning.
