The unit on teaching productive skills was extremely useful and I can see myself applying some of the techniques in my classes. For example, using more group or pair work to encourage interaction with a focus on speaking skills, instead of relying on class discussions. I also found the activity with speech bubbles in the activate stage, during the writing portion, not only creative, but could end with some amusing results that will entertain the students during presentations. Overall, I found this section beneficial, and full of valuable information.
