Overall this unit has given me bigger picture on teaching English to non English speaking students as well as information on roles of teacher and learner. It has also given me wider knowledge on handling students in different levels. I have also understand what it takes be a good teacher and identify good learners.Relationship between teacher and learner is very important as caring, sensitive, enthusiastic and motivation are keys of successful good teacher and encouragement for learners to continue coming for classes.
