This unit covered present tenses with emphasis on present perfect tenses, perfect continuous tenses, and present simple tenses. I learned that although one can be speaking in present tense, in the English language you could also combine the past and present together making it a present perfect tense sentence. One other thing that I learned in this unit was that when speaking in the present continuous tense, you are speaking about the present situation but progressively.
