I take back what I said two units before: Future tenses are actually the hardest to explain to students studying English. I think it is a very complex concept to have a "future past". That is something unique to European languages, Asian languages for example do not have such complicated use of time. I believe this will need a lot of practice and drilling to get students comfortable with this concept.
