This unit helped me break down the various tenses in present tense verbs. A lot of what was covered in this lesson I knew instinctively as a native English speaker but could not tell you in a prescriptive sense how it worked. Some of the tenses this lesson covered, like present perfect, I would have probably even incorrectly described as past tense. This lesson gave good examples of exactly when it was appropriate to use certain tenses, and showed examples of common mistakes to look for and ways of getting the point across in a lesson.
