This unit focused on classroom management and covered the different ways in which a classroom can be arranged. I learned of both the positive and negative aspects of grouping students as well as of the advantages of having students work either in pairs or as part of a larger group. I also learned of some of the manners in which to avoid problematic behavior, including being punctual, consistent, fair, and establishing rapport with students.
