This unit taught how to manage a classroom by identifying many important factors and breaking them down. I learned how to group students and the benefits and drawbacks of each option. I also learned how to arrange seating depending on the size of the classroom, level of the learners and the ultimate goals a teacher may have. Finally, I learned about discipline and how a teacher is supposed to react to different situations in which discipline will become necessary. The most important lesson was not to yell or lose your cool.
