This unit is important as it brings up some potential issues that could happen and how to overcome them. I've always thought that developing rapport is vital to be most successful in teaching. Also, being able to listen and observe so that you can understand what the student needs are. I've realized that there are so many types of classes and being able to understand best techniques for the size and makeup of the class is also important. After going through all the units, I feel more confident about teaching in this area and I thank you so much.
