I learned that teaching and learning should be cooperated. Both teachers and learners should do their parts in order to have a successful lessons and therefore helps the students to improve. Teachers should be patient and kind especially when teaching lower level students because they usually have more questions to ask or might not be able to catch what the teacher says, and the teacher need to be patient with the students. Teachers should also understand the students' age, levels and their characteristics to make the lessons effective. No matter who we teach, it is always important to motivate and encourage our students as teachers, make them feel at ease while learning English.
