I think that this was a pretty good unit. It did help to identify differences in multilingual versus monolingual class settings, as well as point out groups versus individuals, and finally young versus adult learners. The Business English specialization was very in depth and thorough. Examples of actual company sessions (video) would have been more helpful, as well as examples of other specialization groups (other than business) would have been great to show perspective teachers such as myself what opportunities there are for exploring this field.
