In my opinion, Teaching languages should be regarded as a never-ending experiment for both teacher and students, with both parties intensely interested in the outcome. There is the simple fact that a teacher in a class is a human among humans. Nothing will help teacher who fails to understand that students 'do' have problems learning languages and that it is his responsibility to try to solve these problems. Only by mentally putting himself in their place will he achieve insight into his own effectiveness as a teacher. And, in the process, he'll find that he has generated the right kind of atmosphere for happy and productive language learning.
