This final unit of the course covered troubleshooting. The topics that it included are as follows: first lessons, warmers, teaching classes with learners of different levels, teaching large classes, students wanting to use their native language, reluctant students, and difficulties with understanding listening texts. Each of these topics was discussed in further detail and different tips were given to address each problem.
