What I've learned from this unit is child and people on general will have different learning styles and a good teacher will do his or her best to address all needs. They would fo this by making themselves available, show to be open minded and welcoming to all participants. But just like there are good teachers there are also good learners and there are certain qualities teachers look for in a good learning for example their level of motivation, question asking, participation, and just their over all level of learning ability. With this unit I have learned a little more detail in helping individual learners and catering more to their learning style which makes teaching and interesting and fun job!
