English Language Instructor

Position details

TransPerfect is currently looking for an English language trainer to join our pool of English trainers and take part in a face to face general ESL program . As an English language trainer with TransPerfect, you can expect to deliver language classes to our clients from a variety of sectors and cultural backgrounds.

Main Objectives

• Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training

• Be prepared to develop complementary course materials to meet learners’ needs

• Assess language levels

• Create language content

• Engage learners in the learning process and keep motivation levels high

• Monitor progress and evaluate learners’ performance throughout the course

• Apply TransPerfect’s teaching methodology and be prepared to adjust lessons to different culturally-based learning styles

• Take part in TransPerfect’s Language Trainer development plans and additional training

Education and Experience

• Native or native proficiency in English

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred

• Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching English

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the corporate business environment

• Knowledge of a second language
