This unit is very important as it focuses on how to approach specific groups of students, such as young learners or business English learners. Basically, the teacher should always know his/her audience, and structure lessons accordingly. As I work with many young learners, the tips provided for such classes are useful for me—for instance, gesturing and miming to keep their attention focused on the class as they are often easily distracted.
