This unit taught Troubleshooting common problem situations. It gave some great tips on establishing rapport and warmers such as a Tell us About board game, a good-sounding book of communication ideas called, Keep Talking, by Klippell. Also included were the ideas of a questionnaire/survey, pass the ball, and a needs analysis. This unit also addressed teaching different levels, large classes, use of native language, reluctant students and difficulties with listening texts--all with examples and good teaching ideas.
