This unit has been really helpful in giving examples of how to structure a lesson. I have found it extremely useful to see the example lesson plans given. I have learnt how important it is to accurately gage how much time each activity will taken, because if the lesson overruns you may not cover everything you need to, however if the lesson is too short you will have to come up with something on the spot to fill the time which is perhaps equally as difficult. I have learnt about self evaluation and also that the lessons plans provide a good way of keeping track of what's been covered in your lessons.
