managing the class is more important for a teacher to manage the his/her class. what I learnt from this unit is how manage the class or seating arrangements, I learnt how can eye contact, gesture and the voice work for managing the classroom. every option has it's own effective.
the other important thing that I learnt is how to do group work and pair work. so I can say that this unit helped me a lot to manage my classes.
