The difference between good teachers and good learners and the roles they play in the classroom. This includes everything from the age of the learner, to the experience and how those may result in different behaviours. In return, I learned how and in what ways (the roles) the teacher best deals with and approaches different situations in the classroom. I also learned the different levels of language learning and what the skill levels are in each level. Lastly, I learned why people (mainly adults) are motivated to learn a new language such as travel, career opportunities, and an interest in the language.
