This unit gives information about teachers and learners, and their important roles in the learning process. First, the first unit mentions that both teachers and students have responsibilities in the classroom and both of them are responsible for the effectiveness of a lesson. Their relationship in the classroom is important and can affect the process of learning. Second, motivation is an essential part of learning. Third, it also shows that teachers need to have a good interaction with learners in order to enhance the communication and comfort in the classroom. In addition, it defines what a good learner is and the factors that can affect learners. At the end of the unit, there are different language levels that explain what each level is specified for. I have learnt that teachers who have good personalities and relationships with learners are the ones who can lead learners to achieve their goals.
