The chapter was consistent with what I have studied and experienced during my 40+ years of teaching. My favorite classroom arrangement is horseshoe because I am able to establish eye contact with all the students in a quick sweep. Also, I like the horseshoe arrangement because there is less opportunity for "loafing" by students in the back row. I did not like the use of double-negatives and negatives in both the exam questions and the available responses was very anxiety provoking because I rarely confident about my ability to earn a reasonable score.
